Sleep Assist
This is a short bedtime hypno-relaxation to help calm a busy mind and support easier return to sleep if you wake during the night. You can listen as you’re settling into bed, and it’s completely fine if you drift off before the end; that’s the point.
Safety note: only listen when you’re in a safe place to sleep, and never while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention.
