Tea Meditation and Grounding

Some of my clients arrive at their session feeling hurried or tense, still carrying the momentum of a busy day. I created this short tea meditation as a way to help them slow down, reconnect with the breath, and gently arrive into the present moment.

Whether you are coming from a full schedule or a scattered mind, this practice invites you to pause, ground, and find intention and calm presence in the moment.

Safety Note: Always be careful with hot liquids. Make sure the cup or mug is safe to handle. Remember this is meant to be a soothing and calming moment :)
